This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, based in Pune. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site construction and design implementation, ensuring all projects are executed as per design specifications and within timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, monitoring quality and progress, solving on-site issues, maintaining safety standards, and providing regular updates to the project manager. Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination Strong knowledge of interior design implementation, materials, and construction techniques Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and basic understanding of MS Office Relevant experience in site supervision for interior design or construction projects Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Attention to detail, time management, and dedication to meeting project deadlines
