Job Summary: The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing

coordinating with operations teams, leading field recruiters, monitoring P&L, and reporting

on field performance. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to ensure

successful placements and positive business margins.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relations:

- Develop and nurture relationships with relevant stakeholders including Skill

Development Centers (SDCs), Training Providers (TPs), Industrial Training

Institutes (ITIs), and other colleges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their placement needs

are tracked and met.

2. Channel Building:

- Identify and develop new recruitment channels suited to the geography for

providing bulk scale placements.
- Expand the network of sourcing channels in targeted regions to attract

interested youth.

3. Requirements Planning:

- Map industrial vacancies’ requirements for planning recruitment drives and

counseling sessions about the available job opportunities.

4. Internal Team Coordination:

- Work closely with the operations team in other states to ensure smooth joining
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.

5. Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of field recruiters for execution of sourcing channel

plans.
- Implement recruitment plans across all identified sourcing channels.
6. P&L Monitoring:

- Track and maintain the P&L for the region accommodating the revenue

sources through implemented plans against cumulative cluster expenses.

7. Performance Reporting:

- Implement plans and metrics for reporting field performance.
- Deploy progress reporting systems for team updates on regular frequencies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

(Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in blue-collar sectors.
- Strong understanding of the industrial job market and recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment softwares and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in blue-collar migrant recruitments and bulk

placements.
