**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Sourcing and Attraction**:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- **Job Posting and Advertising**:
- Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions on various job boards and the company’s career site.
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- **Employment Branding**:
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruiting metrics and outcomes.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
