- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
