- **Database Management**: Maintain an organized and updated talent pool in the recruitment database.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management on recruitment progress.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a recruitment consultancy handling both IT and Non-IT roles.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals, ATS systems, and social media for recruitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
