**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Collaboration**: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- **Applicant Tracking**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.
- **Employer Branding**: Represent the company positively at job fairs, online, and at other networking events to build awareness of our employer brand.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of recruitment experience in the US market, preferably with exposure to both agency and in-house environments.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- **Sourcing Expertise**: Hands-on experience using sourcing techniques like Boolean searches, social media sourcing, and networking.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities and requirements.
- **Cultural Fit**: Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse talent and contribute to an inclusive company culture.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in recruiting for technical or niche roles.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices in multiple US states.
