Webs Optimization Software Solution, Ahmedabad is hiring a highly enthusiastic & motivated IT Recruiter.
- **Job Title**: IT Recruiter **Job Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.**Work Experience**: 1+ year

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Arranging Interviews
- Coordinating with the hiring manager on interviews and feedback
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and places ads in the most effective digital/print media for open positions.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualification**
- Any Graduate
- Knowledge of various interview formats (e.g. Telephonic, Remote or Offline)
- Knowledge of working with different Job portal sites
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
