- Why this job matters- Project management resource typically responsible for one or more deliverables, including the financial impact for owned elements (e.g. a milestone/subproject/work-stream leader within a bigger project) of projects, and expected to be accountable for those elements of the projects. The role is also responsible for short term and project specific stakeholder and customer relationships.- What I’ll be doing - your accountabilities- Co-ordinate the delivery of projects or related Orders with internal or external suppliers, which have got firm scope and delivery timescales impacting costs

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of low complexity CSR’s
- Responsible for jeopardy management, escalations, KCIs, resolution of New changes, modifications and Ceases
- Manage service Inventory updates via Expedio OM etc. and support in creation of weekly standard delivery reports.
- Skills required for the job- Project Management/ delivery responsibility for planning and co-ordinating small scale projects for WAN/LAN or related products
- Ability to deliver contracted work on time, within budget, enabling the expected business benefit
- Ability to prioritise work with little guidance on how to perform tasks
- Ability to drive project change and raise risks and issues as appropriate.
- Ability to drive user acceptance testing and handover to operations.
- Ability to chair project meetings, involving clients & suppliers.
- Ability to plan and manage project tasks following defined processes and methodologies.
- Experience you would be expected to have- Experience of owning simple project/s as part of a larger project and a proven record of successful delivery.
- Relevant working experience in similar role
- Adequate knowledge of networking and telecom products & services
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- Highly Numerate.
- Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access)
