**You'll have the following responsibilities**

Manage customer interactions at an implementation or user level.

Ability to handle low level Project tasks as listed below:
1. Project Planning phase
- Tracking and managing Pricing & ordering
- Support Lead PM with Planning & scheduling

2. Project Execution phase
- Order tracking & delivery using BT Tools and systems
- Resource booking & alignment for the migrations support
- Managing Migration/Cutover Scheduling/invites
- Supporting/driving migration activity

3. Project Monitor & Control phase
- Managing ORT, Handover to operation
- Project Reporting, MyPD or any other BT systems and tools

4. Project Closure phase
- Documentation, capturing lesson learnt

**You'll have the following skills & experience**

Skills/Experience:

- Experience of owning work packages as part of a larger project. Successful delivery against given responsibilities, accurate and timely reporting against tasks.
- Ideally have worked in some capacity/role in a project under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

Soft Skills:

- Good Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
- Time Management
