**About this role**
- Project management resource typically responsible for one or more deliverables, including the financial impact for owned elements (e.g. a milestone/subproject/work-stream leader within a bigger project) of projects, and expected to be accountable for those elements of the projects. The role is also responsible for short term and project specific stakeholder and customer relationships.
**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate the delivery of projects or related Orders with internal or external suppliers, which havegot firm scope
and delivery timescales impacting costs

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of low complexity CSR’s
- Responsible for jeopardy management, escalations, KCIs,
resolution of New changes, modifications and Ceases
Manage service Inventory updates via Expedio OM etc. and support in creation of weekly standard delivery reports.
**You'll have the following skills & experience**
**Experience you would be expected to have**
- Experience of owning simpleproject/s as part of a larger project and a proven record of successful delivery.
- Relevant working experience in similar role
- Adequate knowledge of networking and telecom products & services
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- Highly Numerate.
- Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access)
- Escalation management and complaint handling
**Skills required for the job**
- Project Management/ delivery responsibility for planning and co-ordinating small scaleprojects for WAN/LAN or related products
- Ability to deliver contracted work on time, within budget, enabling the expected business benefit
- Ability to prioritisework with little guidanceon
how to perform tasks
- Ability to driveproject change and raiserisks and issues as appropriate.
- Ability to driveuser acceptancetesting and handover to operations.
- Ability to chair project meetings, involving clients & suppliers.
- Ability to plan and manage project tasks following defined processes and methodologies.
