At Adeptd, we design creative performance campaigns for modern brands. We blend data, design, and storytelling to help businesses scale. We work with early-stage startups and D2C brands to help them drive performance across channels.

**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Project Coordinator Intern** to support day-to-day operations, communication, and project delivery. You could be:

- An intern or fresher with excellent communication and coordination skills (digital marketing knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory), OR
- A junior professional from a digital marketing or creative agency background—someone who’s been a Key Account Executive, Account Manager, or Project Coordinator and is comfortable managing clients and deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the bridge between internal teams (strategy, design, content, performance) and clients
- Track campaign progress, deadlines, and dependencies
- Set up and follow through on internal and client meetings
- Own project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Keep communication flowing across stakeholders
- Assist with reporting, status updates, and client documentation

**What we're looking for**:

- Excellent communication (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in digital marketing and working in a fast-moving agency setup
- Previous role in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination
- Familiarity with client communication, managing briefs, and working across teams
- Proactive, dependable, and deadline-focused
