Location : Mandideep, Bhopal

Responsibilities:
1. Handling the whole Sales team.

2. To do export follow-up with the team.

3. Sales strategy development.

4. Train & coach Sales team.

5. Delegate tasks & sets deadlines.

6. Set Sales targets & motivates team.

7. Checking upon their score cards & work performance.

8. Preparing Sales reports.

9. Listening call recordings & preparing MOM (minutes of meeting)

10. Troubleshooting

11. Act as an bridge between the Sales team & director.

12.Good Communication Skills, Friendly with MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
