Our team is passionate about delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations. **Job Description and Responsibilities**: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event and Sales Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with up to 10 months of experience or a fresh graduate who is eager to dive into the world of event management. As the Event and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in - Introduce our services and offerings to prospects and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. - Build rapport and maintain a database of potential leads. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients. - Assist in the planning and execution of all aspects of event production - Ensure seamless execution of events and provide support to clients and attendees as needed. - Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products. - Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown. - Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Up to 10 months of experience in event planning, customer service, sales or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. Compensation: - Initial 3 months - INR 10,000 - Post completing 3 months Probation period - INR 15,000 + (Petrol allowances + Incentives) Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month Travel requirement: - Up to 70% travel Work Location: In person
