We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support in identification of potential strategy areas, developing proposals and undertaking meaningful research to support policymaking.
- Support secondary research for research projects and project implementation.
- Assist/Help the Lead in data analysis for various projects and reports.
- Support outreach activities such as preparing discussion papers, brochures, writing online posts, etc. and organizing roundtables, workshops and other types of events.
- Guiding and mentoring interns.
- Participating actively in and contributing to the overall development of the organization.
- Undertaking due-diligence of nonprofits and producing reports with exemplary quality
- Report writing and documentation
- Participating in events, seminars, etc. related to the field of work

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- A post-graduate with Masters in Social Work or similar courses with strong research and analytical skills
- Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience is desirable
- Good command on MS-Office Suite and advanced MS-Excel for handling large data sets
- Knowledge of Survey CTO, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau will be an added advantage
- An understanding about development sector
- Enthusiasm and zeal towards learning more and grooming your skills
