As a Research Associate at CSRBOX, you will play a crucial role in conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of impactful CSR initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Research Design and Execution**:Collaborate with the research team to design and implement research projects.
Utilize technical research tools, including SPSS, to collect and analyze data.
Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on relevant industry trends.

**Data Analysis**:Perform statistical analysis using SPSS to interpret and derive meaningful insights from research data.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
Contribute to the development of data-driven recommendations for clients.

**Project Management**:Manage and organize research projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources.

**Communication**:Effectively communicate research findings to internal teams and external clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback.

**Quality Assurance**:Ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data through rigorous quality checks.
Implement best practices in research methodology to maintain high standards of quality.

**Professional Development**:Stay abreast of advancements in research methodologies and tools.
Participate in relevant training programs to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics).
- Proven experience in research, data analysis, and using tools such as SPSS.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CSR concepts and practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
