As a Research Associate at CSRBox, you will play a critical role in conducting in-depth research, data analysis, and generating actionable insights to help our clients navigate the world of CSR and sustainability. You will work closely with a team of experts and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data related to corporate social responsibility, sustainability practices, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Research and Data Analysis**: Conduct extensive research on various aspects of CSR, sustainability, and ESG practices. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from diverse sources to provide valuable insights.

**Report Generation**: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings. Summarize data, trends, and best practices in a clear and concise manner.

**Database Management**: Maintain and update our extensive CSR and sustainability database. Ensure data accuracy and relevance to meet client requirements.

**Market Trends Analysis**: Monitor and report on industry-specific CSR and sustainability trends. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and emerging sustainability standards.

**Client Support**: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific research needs. Provide support in customizing research reports and answering queries.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, researchers, and business development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality research products.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. Master's degree is a plus.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and delivering presentations.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, statistical software).

Knowledge of CSR, sustainability, and ESG concepts is preferred.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
