**Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct web-based research on CSR thematic areas, geographies, corporate listings, and annual reports.
- Perform literature reviews and stay updated on industry trends.
- Utilize research tools, including SPSS, to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and data-driven recommendations.
- **Data Management**:

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
- Analyze statistical data using tools like SPSS, R, or MS-Excel.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data through rigorous quality checks.
- **Research Design and Execution**:

- Collaborate with the research team to design and execute research projects.
- Use advanced research tools like Survey CTO, Tableau, or Python to collect and analyze data.
- Develop and implement best practices in research methodology to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage and organize research projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary resources and information.
- **Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Effectively communicate research findings to internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into research outcomes.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on advancements in research methodologies and tools.
- Participate in relevant training programs to enhance technical skills.

**Qualifications**:

- A graduate or post-graduate degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field with a strong research and analytical foundation.
- Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, and project implementation.
- Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and advanced skills in MS-Excel for data handling and analysis.
- Knowledge of tools like Survey CTO, SPSS, R, Python, or Tableau is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of the development sector, CSR, and social impact programs.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality outputs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
