
Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients,
vendors, and team members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, teams, and
individuals to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
2. Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for team members and
management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials, and distribute relevant information
to participants in a timely manner.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files related to business activities,
projects, and transactions.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required by management,
ensuring completeness and accuracy.
4. Project Support:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including organizing
project-related documents, tracking project progress, and updating project schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence
to project objectives and deadlines.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
and addressing client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications to ensure client
satisfaction and retention.
6. Administrative Support:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with
stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office
productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing
competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
