Job Description
- Regularly interact with Companys internal Recruiting team to understand the hiring demand projections.
- Understand the job requisition from the internal Recruiting team.
- Prepare a sourcing strategy based on the technology / skill / complexity of the positions.
- Partner with the inhouse recruiting team to understand the hiring needs to source the ideal talent.
- Responsible for Talent Mapping and generating talent pools for hard to find skills across functions
- Leverage different tools like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Internal applicant tracking tool to research and reach out to the market to source the best talent pool.
- Be knowledgeable about Companys business
- Experience handling multiple assignments and be proficient in time management.

Interview Co-ordination
- Schedule & coordinate the interview process with the internal panel/hiring managers (phone, skype, onsite)
- Co-ordinate with Company Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to ensure speedy completion of the recruitment process to a logical ‘Hire / No-Hire’ conclusion

Offer Negotiation & Reference checks
- Conduct referral check exercise, prior to release of a formal offer letter

Talent Pools
- Proactive sourcing ahead of the hiring curve to ensure ready pipeline for identified hard to find skills

Vendor Invoice submission
- Submit all vendor hire invoices for processing payment and tracking the payment.

Experience: - 2 to 4 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 10 am to 7pm or 11 am to 8 pm

Job Location: - Powai, Mumbai Location

Tenure 6 months contract (May be extended based on performance).
