As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for:

- Support Recruiters in maintaining the recruitment systems (Workday and PhenomPeople) accurately and ensuring total data integrity
- Ensuring total compliance with recruiting/hiring policies and procedures
- Ensuring Diversity and Inclusive is at the forefront of recruitment practices

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Completed a degree and a minimum 12 months sourcing experience
- Proficient with the use of various external databases.
- Have working knowledge of the oilfield and energy technology sector.
- Be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Professional communication and self-presentation
- Well-developed organization skills with excellent attention to detail
- A flexible approach and high commitment to teamwork
