Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate HR Sourcer with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment or sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen profiles and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of sourcing or recruitment experience.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Must be based in or willing to commute from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, or Kurla.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Contract Duration: 6 Months

CTC: Up to 25,000 per month
