Talent Sourcing Specialist
to power our fast-paced IT Infra recruitment engine. From Network engineers to Project Managers, you'll play a key role in building world-class teams for one of the fastest-growing segments in tech hiring.

What You will Do:

  • Drive end-to-end sourcing for
    large-scale IT Infra
    roles
  • Use
    LinkedIn, job boards, ATS
    , and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
  • Build strong
    pipelines
    for current and future hiring needs in the
    IT services
    landscape
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to
    understand role priorities
    and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Screen candidates for
    skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using
    data and insights

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    talent sourcing
    , specifically in
    IT Infra hiring
  • Proven ability to manage
    high-volume mandates
    and tight turnarounds
  • Mastery of
    Boolean search
    and hands-on experience with
    ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in
    IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment
    is a big plus
