**Job Title**: Production Planning and Operations Coordinator

**Reports To**: General manager

**Job Purpose**:
To assist in production planning, delivery/route scheduling, and day-to-day coordination between manufacturing and operations teams in order to ensure smooth plant operations and on-time deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing daily and weekly **production plans** based on customer orders and demand.
- Coordinate with the **manufacturing team** to ensure planned output is achieved.
- Support in **route planning / beat planning** for delivery of finished goods.
- Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse, QC, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods and alert the team for replenishment.
- Maintain records of production, dispatch plans and prepare basic reports.
- Escalate operational issues and follow up for on-time resolution.
- Assist in continuous process improvement activities to avoid delays and reduce wastage.

**Required Skills**:

- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing / production processes.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work closely with plant and operations teams on the ground.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,273.67 - ₹25,236.61 per month
