**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations between sales, production, and customers. You will play a key role in managing orders, coordinating with departments, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
- Assist sales team with reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Follow up on payments and delivery schedules.
- Support in after-sales service and resolving customer issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role (manufacturing preferred/ Or Relevant ).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM Software).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
