Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations between sales, production, and customers. You will play a key role in managing orders, coordinating with departments, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
• Assist sales team with reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Follow up on payments and delivery schedules.
• Support in after-sales service and resolving customer issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role (manufacturing preferred/ Or Relevant ).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM Software).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
