**Job Description : ' Sales Co-Ordinator '**
- Enquiry Handling ( Online/Existing Customer/Phone Call/Sales team )
- Collecting technical requirement from customers Coordinate with design dept for costing /BOM Prepare the costing and process the quotation to customer
- Follow up with customer for technical queries and order finalization
- Update the sales final and update HOD on day to day basis Coordinate with marketing team for marketing activities
- Process the WO to production after the PO from customer
- Follow up with Production Planning dept for PDI and Delivery schedule
- Coordinate with customer for PDI and dispatch clearance
- Follow up with Production and logistics for smooth shipment of equipment to customer site
- Effective follow up with customers for payment collection
- Issuing the order projection to forecast to Production Planning for stock order purposes
- Update the sales documents time to time and have effective communication with team members
- Maintain relationship with customers for smooth business transactions.

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of work experience preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Good Communication Skills - Tamil & English, Hindi(Optional)
- Computer proficiency (MS office) is essential for regular Documentation activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
