**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Inquiries**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics processes.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about their orders and address any concerns or issues.
- Make outgoing calls on NDR, RTO and as per other requirement.

**Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantity, and delivery details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth processing of orders and timely delivery to customers.
- Issue Resolution:

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and delivery issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the logistics team to identify root causes of problems and implement corrective actions.

**Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Keep customers informed of any changes in delivery schedules or unexpected issues that may impact their shipments.

**Documentation**:

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in customer support procedures and logistics operations.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and contribute to the development of solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma/ Degree equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
