We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Regional IT Support** to manage IT operations across our branches in the region. This role is critical in ensuring seamless technology integration, operational efficiency, and secure digital services that empower financial inclusion.

Job Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh & Gulbarga, Karnataka

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee regional IT systems including servers, networks, and branch-level hardware/software support. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for branch staff and coordinate with central IT for escalations. To Provide ( L1 Support)

Drive regional IT initiatives such as system upgrades, branch automation, and digital onboarding. This position involves travel across branches

**I**mplement cybersecurity protocols and ensure adherence to data protection regulations.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and asset management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in NBFC /Banking or microfinance.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, mobile platforms, and network administration.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
