Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Product Sales Executive to manage and expand our product presence in the assigned region. You will play a critical role in meeting sales targets, launching new products, building distributor and retailer networks, and driving market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for products in your assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to assess customer needs and identify new product opportunities.
- Support product development by providing insights from competition benchmarking and market trends.
- Assist in product launches, ensuring stock availability and smooth execution across target locations.
- Identify and appoint new distributors to strengthen channel reach.
- Manage and expand retail networks to ensure better product visibility and availability.
- Drive demand generation activities through retail engagement and promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, product, design, and engineering—to align business goals.
- Ensure timely payment collection and manage credit cycles with partners.
- Track performance through sales and product metrics, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Education: MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in tools/hardware or FMCG
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication (English, Hindi; Marathi optional)
- Sales process understanding
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Customer relationship management
- Other: Willingness to relocate as per business needs
