**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
- Should be able to handle 20+ Recruiters team and Coordinate with the team if needed.
- Should be able to provide training to the team
- Coordinate with Consultants salary expectations, counteroffers, benefits and interviews.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for contractual and permanent staffing.
- Established tracking systems for resume submission and follow-up.
- Managing the existing database besides aiming to make addition to that.

**FUNCTIONAL / BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS**:

- Positive attitude
- Flexible & Aggressive
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written).
- Work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment
- Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful
- Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools or knowledge and learn quickly.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Willing to work in night shift.
