**Customer Care Executive - Work from Office**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make and receive calls to/from customers regarding orders and queries
- Guide customers with product details, including **sizing recommendations**:

- Confirm and verify **Cash-on-Delivery (COD)** orders
- Assist customers with tracking, returns, and general inquiries
- Maintain clear and accurate records of interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/call center roles
- Excellent verbal communication with **clear dictation** and fluency in English & Hindi
- A **good listener** who is patient and empathetic towards customer needs
- Confident and polite telephone etiquette
- Prior experience in **eCommerce** or **retail** customer service is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
