**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of **authentic Chinese dishes**, including appetizers, main courses, noodles, rice, dim sum, and soups.
- Ensure high standards of **taste, quality, portion control, and food presentation**.
- Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff in Chinese culinary techniques.
- Develop and update Chinese food menus in consultation with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure compliance with **food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards** (HACCP or local regulations).
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and proper storage of Chinese ingredients and spices.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for quality and cost-effective ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and control food cost.
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Chinese Chef**, Wok Chef, or in a similar role.
- Specialization in one or more Chinese cuisines (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hakka, Beijing).
- Culinary degree or diploma preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques such as **stir-frying, steaming, braising, roasting, and wok handling**.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
- Good communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standing for long hours and handling hot equipment.
- Rotational shifts depending on operational needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
