**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure mise-en-place is completed before service begins.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper storage of food items.
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure mínimal food wastage through proper handling and storage.
- Learn and follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Chinese section.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

**Requirements**:

- Basic culinary training or diploma preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen or similar culinary role.
- Knowledge of basic Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
