- Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Issue items to kitchen and service staff as per requisition orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and alert the purchasing team when reordering is necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of the store/inventory area.
- Assist with unloading and organizing incoming deliveries.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for inventory control.
- Support kitchen and operations teams with timely inventory reports and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a store keeper, inventory assistant, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
