Dear Folks,

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide expert advice and guidance on beauty products and services to customers.

2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, and proactively engage with customers to drive sales.

3. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, and share this knowledge with customers.

5. Participate in visual merchandising and in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales.

6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment and follow all company policies and procedures.

7. Provide feedback to the store manager on customer preferences, feedback, and suggestions for product improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. HSC + Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of work experience.

2. Sales experience required in the beauty (prestige
- luxury) goods industry.

3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

4. Passion for beauty and luxury products, and a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to multitask and prioritize effectively.

7. Experience using social media platforms, would be a plus.
