Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design & Project Advisor-M&I (Measure and Install) based in Pune. Role: Design & Project Advisor M&I Focused Sales Approach. Client and Account Management. Market Analysis Present design ideas, solutions tailored to client needs, aiming to secure deals and contracts. Create presentations and renders and present them to the clients. Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues. Build strong client relationships by ensuring full engagement and earning their trust in Tulio's capabilities. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about current trends and industry developments, with the goal of identifying and developing trending products through research and innovation. Lead and manage the end-to-end curtain measurement and installation operations. Supervise a team of measurement and installation executives Ensure accurate site measurements are taken and documented using standard procedures. Maintain high-quality execution and customer satisfaction during installations. Address escalations or technical challenges during installation, personally if required. Conduct quality audits post-installation to ensure adherence to standards. Qualifications - Graduate from a premier institute in Textile Design / Interior Design / Architecture (B.Arch). - 8+ years of experience in textile design, home dcor, or interior design. - Strong client management skills, preferably with exposure to HNI clients. - Proficiency in reading and translating design drawings on-site. - Ability to manage multiple sites and teams across locations. - Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
