Benci international academy are seeking an experienced and passionate Makeup Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training makeup artists, beauty advisors, and sales staff in professional makeup techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and sales strategies. You will play a key role in elevating team skills, ensuring brand consistency, and driving performance across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging makeup training programs (theoretical and practical) for Students.
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions, including seasonal updates.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group workshops on makeup techniques, skin prep, hygiene, and application methods.
  • Stay updated on makeup trends, new techniques, and competitor activity to incorporate into training materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain training records and report on progress, effectiveness, and impact.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
