**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design plans to prepare precise cutting lists.
- Calculate material requirements and dimensions for furniture and fixtures, ensuring optimal material utilization.
- Collaborate with interior designers and production teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify design details.
- Maintain an organized record of cutting lists, ensuring traceability and accuracy for each project.
- Suggest improvements in material selection and cutting techniques to minimize waste and costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to verify material specifications and availability when necessary.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure that cutting lists are delivered to the production team promptly.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with materials commonly used in interior design (wood, laminates, metals, etc.).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
