**Job Title**: Project Coordinator, Interior Fit-out Projects **Location**: Cochin (Edappally), with travel across Kerala **Company**:Vogue Interiors LLP **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on experience) **About Us**:Vogue Interiors LLP** is a premium interior design and execution company based in Cochin, Kerala. We deliver high-end residential and commercial interior projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. **Position Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Project Coordinator** to oversee multiple interior project sites across Kerala. This role will report directly to the General Manager and is responsible for supervising all site supervisors, technical staff, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of interior fit-out projects. **Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate all on-site activities across multiple project sites in Kerala.
- Supervise and mentor site supervisors and technical teams.
- Interpret and ensure implementation of 2D and 3D design drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and resolve execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal regulations.
- Manage labor, material, and resource planning effectively.
- Report project progress, risks, and deviations to the GM on a daily/weekly basis.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including work status, snag lists, and completion reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in interior project execution or site/project coordination.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate field teams efficiently.
- Proficient in reading and implementing architectural drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication in English and Malayalam.
- Must be willing to travel frequently across Kerala.
- Valid driving license preferred.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing work supervision.
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight schedules.
- Team player with a proactive approach to project challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
