Job Summary

We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure that interior projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and with maximum client satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination skills between design, production, vendors, and on-site workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of interior project sites from takeover to handover.
  • Interpret design drawings and ensure accurate execution on site.
  • Supervise carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, painting, flooring, and other finishing works.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth work flow.
  • Maintain site protection, safety, and discipline standards.
  • Verify material deliveries, ensure proper storage, and minimize wastage.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and clients regarding site updates.
  • Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectification before project handover.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in interior site supervision (residential/commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, modular furniture, and site execution.
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
  • Excellent coordination and team management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works.
  • Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eye for detail.
  • Willingness to travel between project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
