Position**:Site Supervisor - Interior**
Location: Ernakulam

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with the Project Head, contractors, and site workers to resolve any issues and maintain progress.
- Enforce quality and safety standards across all site activities.
- Maintain daily site reports, including progress updates, manpower, and material usage.
- Inspect work progress regularly and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Support project managers in planning material requirements and tracking site-level deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision within the civil or interior works domain.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure on-site discipline and efficiency.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
