**Site Supervisor**

**Location**: Panangad, Kochi, India
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (starting) + TA
**Experience**: 0 to 2 years
**Gender**: Male only

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations at construction sites.
- Ensure that all work is being completed in accordance with project plans and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor the progress of the project and report to senior management.
- Maintain site documentation, including attendance, material usage, and work progress.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and used correctly.
- Handle any site issues or delays and address them promptly.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in construction or site supervision (freshers are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to travel as needed for site visits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
