Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. The role involves managing workforce, subcontractors, materials, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and other stakeholders.

Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
Ensure site work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan daily work schedules.
Manage on-site workforce and assign duties as needed.
Monitor site safety, conduct regular safety briefings, and ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
Track materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage.
Inspect work quality and ensure all work meets project standards and client expectations.
Maintain daily site reports, logs, and documentation.
Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns to management if necessary.
Liaise with authorities, consultants, and suppliers as required.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision (preferably in UAE/GCC).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, fit-out works, and MEP coordination.
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.
Experience managing teams and subcontractors on site.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
