We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Site supervisor to oversee our construction projects who will be required to monitor on-site activities and report the status to the Construction project manager. He/she should have a watchful eye, inspect the progress of day-to-day tasks, ensure workplace safety.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Inspect the progress of site activities
- Ensure safety in the workplace, identify and eliminate potential hazards
- Direct site workers on rules and worksite protocols
- Maintain accurate employee attendance
- Regular checking of workplace requirements and ensuring equipment are in proper working condition
- Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
- Reviewing daily works and suggesting improvements
- Handling any site accidents with profound care following the protocols
- Analysing blueprints to make sure the project projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
- Attending on-site meetings and events

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (required)
