**Duties and Responsibilities of an Interior Site Supervisor**

An **Interior Site Supervisor** plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing interior design or fit-out projects at construction sites. Their responsibilities include ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and adherence to project timelines. Below are the key duties and responsibilities:
**1. Site Management & Supervision**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations at the interior project site.
- Ensure that work progresses according to the project plan and schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance with site rules.

**2. Project Coordination**
- Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to interpret designs and execute them properly.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure all construction and fit-out activities align with client requirements and industry standards.

**3. Quality Control & Compliance**
- Inspect workmanship, materials, and site conditions to maintain quality standards.
- Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the project plan.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

**4. Labor & Resource Management**
- Assign tasks and supervise on-site workers, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain discipline and resolve any conflicts among the workforce.
- Track attendance, work hours, and labor allocation.

**5. Progress Monitoring & Reporting**
- Keep records of site activities, including daily progress reports.
- Identify potential delays and work proactively to resolve them.
- Report project status, challenges, and updates to senior management.

**6. Health & Safety Management**
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Conduct regular safety audits and report any hazards or violations.
- Take corrective measures to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.

**7. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution**
- Address site issues, such as design inconsistencies, delays, or resource shortages.
- Mediate conflicts between workers, subcontractors, or suppliers.
- Provide practical solutions to keep the project on track.

**8. Budget & Cost Control**
- Ensure materials and labor are used efficiently to prevent wastage.
- Monitor expenses and ensure the project stays within the allocated budget.
- Verify and approve vendor bills and contractor payments based on work progress.

**9. Client Coordination & Handover**
- Communicate with clients regarding site progress, changes, or concerns.
- Ensure final site inspections and snag lists are completed before project handover.
- Assist in handing over the completed interior space to the client with necessary documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
