**Job Title -** Process Trainer (US Shift)

**Shift Time - **07:30 PM to 05:30 AM (IST)Night Shift.

- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

- Assess the training needs of individual team members and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, including workshops, simulations, and e-learning, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to recruiters to enhance their performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content and delivery methods as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in the staffing industry, employment laws, and compliance requirements, and integrate this knowledge into training materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in the staffing industry, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Previous training or teaching experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the staffing and recruitment field.
- Certifications in training and development will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
