Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing team members on accounting processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Conduct training sessions for new joiners on accounting processes, tools, and systems. - Deliver refresher and upskilling training programs for existing employees. - Develop training materials, SOPs, process documents, assessments, and knowledge aids. - Ensure trainees fully understand end-to-end accounting workflows including AP, AR, reconciliations, bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance. - Collaborate with operations leaders and quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps. - Monitor trainee performance and provide structured feedback, coaching, and support. - Maintain training dashboards, attendance records, and evaluation reports. - Support process transitions, updates, and implementation of new tools or systems. - Ensure all training content aligns with company standards and client requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - 1–6 years of experience as a Trainer or Process Trainer, preferably in an accounting or finance process environment. - Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and practical experience with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, or similar). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex concepts and train diverse groups effectively. - Strong documentation, instructional design, and process-mapping skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Attributes - Experience in BPO/KPO accounting processes or financial operations. - Exposure to US/UK accounting practices (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to adapt training styles to suit different learner groups.
