**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a System Admin with Kyndryl, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource: data.
- Troubleshooting Customer issue
- Have Webex with L2/L3 PMR Support for advanced troubleshooting
- Perform DR and Resiliency test
- Perform real DR in times of outages
- Troubleshoot on P1/P2/P3/P4 issue impacting customer
- Create and Work on PMR
- Vendor management for H/W replacement
- Monitoring of CPS compute and storage
- Support customer over webex
- Performing health check
- Mitigating Non Compliance (NCI)
- Performing Sanity reboot
- Maintaining PMR Tracker
- Work on Capacity request

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Level 3 support experience in Windows Support and Administration
- Experience in Windows Clustering Administration and troubleshooting
- Experience in VMware support and troubleshooting
- ESXi host Administration, support and Troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Worked on BSOD, Performance tuning, root cause analysis, crashdump analysis
- Hand on in Sysinternal tools
- Large scale Windows patching experience using WSUS and Bigfix
- Resource addition (CPU, Memory and disk)
- Creating Datastore, configuring Network and port groups creation and managing on virtual switches
- Handle daily operations like server performance, low disk space and RDP issues.
- Hands on experience on vCenter, ESXi, HA and DRS
- Good Knowledge on Hardware like Dell and IBM is required
- Experience with converged technology such as Dell Chassis / Rack servers
- Must have experience with server virtualization with specific knowledge of VMWare vSphere 6.x and 7.x
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP knowledge
- Enterprise server management experience

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Good communication skills (Vocal and Writing)
- Have experience on On-Call support/ P1 incident handling / Escalation handling / RCA Finding
