We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Pre-Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. As a leading company in the Intelligent Traffic & Transportation Systems industry, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients. This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to support pre-sales activities and project management.
As the Pre-Sales & Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Business Head and project teams to support the pre-sales process and facilitate smooth project execution. You will assist in coordinating and managing project timelines, documentation, and customer communication. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist the business team in pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution by coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate customer communication, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist in project risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support the creation and maintenance of project-related documentation, such as contracts, statements of work, and change orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Support the implementation and adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Provide regular reports and updates to the project manager and other stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in a coordination role, preferably in a pre-sales or project management environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, processes, and documentation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Prior experience in the Intelligent Traffic & Transportation Systems industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
