**About Us**:
Manav Kalyan Trust is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering individuals through skill development programs. We offer free courses and other vocational training programs to individuals aged 18 to 45, aiming to create sustainable livelihood opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize and reach out to the target audience (18 to 45 years old) in the community.
- Counsel individuals about the benefits of the courses and motivate them to enroll.
- Conduct awareness sessions in communities, localities, and groups to promote the trust’s activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and potential beneficiaries.
- Maintain records of outreach activities and admissions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: [Specify required education, e.g., 12th pass, graduate, etc.]
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in counseling, community mobilization, or social work will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about social work and community development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
